Karachi, The 15th Rashid D. Habib Memorial National Professionals Golf Tournament concluded at the Karachi Golf Club after four days of top-class competition from January 29 to February 1, 2026, featuring Pakistan’s leading golfers across professional, senior, junior, lady, and caddie categories.
Ahmad Baig claimed the overall title with an outstanding 276 gross (12 under par), earning Rs. 1,203,913. His final-round 68 included seven birdies and secured his third consecutive victory at the Rashid D. Habib Memorial. The runners-up—M. Zubair, M. Shabbir, M. Ashfaq (AGGI), and Hamza T. Amin—finished tied at 281 gross, each receiving Rs. 498,947.
The tournament produced two memorable Hole-in-One moments. On January 26, caddy Muhammad Akram aced Yellow Hole 16 to win a Suzuki Alto Automatic, while on February 1, professional Zubair Hussain made a Hole-in-One on Red Hole 7, earning a Toyota Altis. In other categories, Muhammad Nazir won the Senior Professionals title, Muhammad Kashif topped the Junior Professionals, Humna Amjad triumphed among Lady Professionals, while Shahzad Mushtaq, Ghani Khan, and Kamran Zahoor claimed honors in KGC Professionals, KGC Seniors, and KGC Caddies respectively.
The closing ceremony was graced by Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi HI(M), Commander Karachi, Pakistan Navy, as Chief Guest. Chairman Bank AL Habib, Mr. Abbas D. Habib, praised the players and organizers, stating that the tournament continues to honor the legacy of Rashid D. Habib by promoting excellence, unity, and the growth of golf in Pakistan.
